Present perfect for experience: he trabajado
To talk about experience up to now, use the present perfect: 'he trabajado' (I have worked), 'he aprendido' (I have learned). Form: he/has/ha + past participle.
He trabajado cinco años. He aprendido mucho en este puesto. ¿Ha trabajado en ventas?
Past participle: -ar → -ado, -er/-ir → -ido.
Llevar + time (to have been doing)
'Llevar' + time expresses how long you've been doing something: 'llevo dos años trabajando aquí' (I've been working here for two years).
Llevo dos años en este puesto. Lleva cinco años en la empresa. ¿Cuánto tiempo lleva trabajando?
Common in interviews: 'llevo + time + gerund'.
Estar abierto a (to be open to)
'Estar abierto a' + infinitive expresses flexibility: 'estoy abierto a negociar' (I'm open to negotiating), 'estoy abierto a aprender'.
Estoy abierto a negociar el salario. Estoy abierta a cambiar de horario.
Agree the adjective: 'abierto' (m), 'abierta' (f).
